How we work: from contract farming to your container.

Farmers grow our spices on contract. We clean and pack them in our own units, test every lot at an independent lab, and load your container about 15 days after you order.

Farmers grow our spices on contract, so we control quality from the start.

We do not buy from traders or open markets. Farmers know the crop is for us before they plant it, and the harvest comes straight to our own units for cleaning, grading and packing.

That is why we can promise your limit in the contract and keep to it. With no trader in between, one company answers for your lot.

Each spice comes from the region where it grows best.

Chilli in Guntur and Byadgi, turmeric in Salem and Erode, seed spices in Rajasthan, cardamom and black pepper in Kerala.

We clean, grade and pack in our own units.

No outside processors. The same team that works with the farmers runs the line.

Every lot is tested at an independent lab before we pack it.

The lab is accredited by NABL to ISO/IEC 17025. We check aflatoxin in chilli and cardamom, ethylene oxide in cumin and seed spices, lead in turmeric and ginger, and Salmonella in pepper. Each lot gets its own test report.

Questions buyers ask before the first order.

Are you a spice trader or a grower?

We grow and export. Farmers grow our spices on contract in the regions of India best known for each one. We then clean, grade and pack them in our own units. We do not buy from traders or open markets, so you deal with one company from the farm to your port.

What is the minimum order?

0.5 MT per spice. That lets you try a grade before you order a full container. For private label, the minimum is 1 MT.

Can you beat my current supplier's price?

Yes. Send us any recent written quote from your current supplier. We will come back at least US$100 per MT lower for the same spice, grade and spec, on the same Incoterm and payment terms, or tell you why we cannot. We farm our spices ourselves, so there is no trader margin in our price.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. We send a sample with the test report (CoA) for the lot it came from. You pay the courier. Most buyers approve a sample in about 5 days.

How is each lot tested?

Every lot is tested before packing at a third-party lab accredited by NABL to ISO/IEC 17025. We test against the limits in your country's rules, and the test report ships with your lot.

Which shipping terms do you offer?

FOB, CIF and EXW. We agree the terms up front and write them into your quote.

What are your payment terms?

We agree payment terms in writing with the quote, before you sign anything.

How long does an order take?

About 15 days from the order to loading the container.

Which currency do you quote in?

US dollars, on the shipping terms that suit your port.

Can you pack under our brand?

Yes. Send us your artwork and pack size. Private label starts at 1 MT.
