About this site
This site is run by Prime Harvest Global, a sole proprietorship registered in India (GSTIN 07BOBPJ5730E1ZA), at 808B, Pocket F, DLF Prime Tower, Okhla, New Delhi 110020, India. It describes the spices we grow on contract and export, and how buyers can request a quote. It is for business buyers and is provided for information only.
Quotes and prices
Prices given on this site, by email, on WhatsApp or by phone are indicative. A price, grade, volume, Incoterm, payment terms and shipping date bind either side only once both have agreed them in writing in a contract or signed order. We quote in US dollars on FOB, CIF or EXW terms.
Specifications, certificates and limits
Grades, typical ranges, certifications and border limits on this site, including the results of the spec checker, are a general reference. Regulations change and limits differ by destination. The exact limits each lot is tested against, the certificates supplied and the documents that travel with a shipment are confirmed per contract, using the buyer's current national standard.
A sample, where agreed, is sent with the certificate of analysis for the lot it was drawn from. Approval of a sample does not by itself form a contract.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, drawings, logos and layout of this site belong to Prime Harvest Global or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own buying decisions. You may not copy, republish or sell them, or use our name or logo to suggest a relationship with us, without written permission.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a regulator, standard or other outside site, we do so for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not promise that every page is complete or current at all times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on this site alone rather than on a written contract with us.
