Who is responsible for your data

What the quote form collects, and why

When you send a quote request, from the form on any page or from the request a quote page, we collect the products you are asking about, the destination country, your name and email, and, if you add them, your phone or WhatsApp number and any notes. We use these details only to answer your enquiry: to price it and send you a written quote and spec sheet.

We also record a few technical details with the same submission: the page you sent it from and, where they appear in the page address, Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and UTM campaign parameters. These tell us which campaign an enquiry came from. They are read from the address of the page, not from a cookie, and are not used to identify you beyond the enquiry itself.

The form includes a hidden field that visitors never see or fill in. It exists only to catch automated bot submissions and is not used for anything else.

After you send the form, a one-line summary of your request (products and destination) is kept in your browser's session storage so the confirmation page can show it. It stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.

Legal basis

We process these details to take steps you asked for before a possible contract, by answering your quote request, and in our legitimate interest in running and following up on business enquiries. For buyers in the EU and UK, these are the legal bases under Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and the UK GDPR.

Who receives it

The site and the form handler are hosted by Vercel. A submitted form is processed on Vercel's servers, and a copy of the submission is written to the hosting logs. The form is then sent by email, through our transactional email provider, Resend, to the export desk inbox at Prime Harvest Global. Your work email address is set as the reply-to address so the export desk can respond to you directly. You also receive a short confirmation email at the address you gave us.

If we later connect a CRM or spreadsheet to log enquiries automatically, the same submission will also be posted to that system, and this policy will name it. No enquiry data is sold, rented or shared with anyone outside Prime Harvest Global for marketing purposes.

International transfers

Vercel and Resend are based in the United States and may process your data there or in other countries, as well as in India where our export desk works. Where data from the EU or UK is transferred, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under their data processing terms, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tags

No analytics, advertising or session-recording tools run on this site at present, and the site sets no cookies. Tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking or Microsoft Clarity may be used in future. Before any of them is added, this policy will list it, what it collects and how to opt out.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, follow up on an active conversation and keep basic commercial records. Twelve months after that, or sooner on request, an enquiry that did not lead to a contract is deleted from our systems, other than any copy your own mail provider keeps of the emails we exchanged.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing director@primeharvestglobal.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the other rights set out in the GDPR and the UK GDPR, including the right to object and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
